Operating Officer for Vermont Organic Fiber

Allan Britton Joins Middlebury Firm

Allan T. Britton (whose picture appears below) has joined Vermont Organic
Fiber of Middlebury as Chief Operating Officer. He brings more than 25 years of
professional experience in textile manufacturing, management, and operations. In
addition to his extensive professional experience Al also has a Ph.D. in Polymer
Chemistry from the College of Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse
University and a MBA from the University of New Hampshire.

In making the announcement Matthew Mole, founder of Vermont Organic
Fiber, said "Al's combination of professional experience and academic training
will increase our ability to develop new products and processes that will be
necessary to develop the organic wool market as a whole."
