* Base improvements to the Lake Street and the Moran site: paving, streetlights, storm water improvements, bike path paving, sidewalks and crosswalks.
Or

* Enhanced improvements to Battery Street: travel lane reconfiguration and overpass or underpass

* Enhanced improvements to Depot Street: innovative storm water treatments, underground utilities, special paving, public art and gateways.

* Enhanced improvements to the Lake Street and the Moran site: innovative storm water treatments, underground utilities, special paving, public art and bike path realignment.
And possible longer term improvements that the City should pursue such as: a funicular, in-slope parking and north/south movement of people not cars on the waterfront.
