Associates in Pediatrics, a Central Vermont Medical Group, cut the ribbon at their spacious new offices at 244 Granger Road in Berlin, on Wednesday April 29th. The new 8200 square foot facility provides space that is more efficient and up-to-date than the practice s previous offices.
Pediatrics staff includes Deborah Jerard, MD, Margaret Lindsay, MD, Emily Urquhart-Scott, MD and Linda Burger, PNP.
Judy Tarr, CVMC President and CEO, and Wayne Lamberton of Superior Development, Ltd, the building owner, cut the ribbon. The new building is a vast improvement for both patients and providers, stated Tarr. There was a great team working on the project. A users group, representing the practice, worked with the architect, the building owners and the general contractor to ensure that the new space is efficient, provides good patient flow and patient privacy, and meets all of the regulations that we work under in health care including the Joint Commission. Plus it s a cheerful space with great central Vermont views.
A portion of the additional 8200 square feet on the second floor of the building will initially be occupied by two primary care physicians, Joseph Brock, MD and Robert Robinson, MD with room for additional physicians.
Phil Scott is the Land Developer, Wayne Lamberton and Randy Lague, Superior Development, Ltd are the building owners, Joe Green and Seth Mitchell, Joseph Architects were the building designers and Connor Contracting Inc. was the General Contractor.
