CCV launches new Website

The Community College of Vermont is pleased to announce that on Monday, November 25, 2013 the College launched its new website, ccv.edu.
Since mid-2012 through the launch-date, CCV’s Marketing & Communications and Information Technology teams worked closely with Burlington-based web development firm Union Street Media to bring the site online. The site has a modern look and feel, incorporating many of the newer technologies and platforms being used to power websites today.
‘We’re very excited about the new site and feel like it’s much more representative of the College and the opportunities we provide to Vermonters every day,’ said Janette Shaffer, director of marketing and communications at CCV. ‘Union Street helped us build a site that’s easy to use, easy to find information on, and we hope easy for people to see all that CCV has to offer.’
CCV is Vermont’s second largest college, serving 7,000 students each semester.’ With 12 locations and extensive online learning options, CCV students don’t have to travel far from their communities to access 20 degree and six certificate programs, workforce, secondary and continuing education opportunities, and academic and veterans support services.
