Ron Fabian owner of Fabian Earthmoving runs the excavator Tuesday morning as he demolishes a Center Rutland home damaged by Tropical Storm Irene. A replacement home will be installed on the site in early October. Fabian donated the equipment and labor for the project which is being coordinated by the Rutland County Long Term Recovery Committee and NeighborWorks.
