Topnotch Resort re-opens after $15 million property-wide renovation

An all new Topnotch Resort opens its doors this Friday, June 28 following a much-anticipated, property-wide renovation. A renowned Stowe destination since 1959, the new Topnotch will unveil:

An airy new lobby with mountain views and access to outdoor pools
Renovated guestrooms
A new lobby bar & restaurant 'The Roost'
A second reconceived restaurant 'Flannel' replacing Norma's restaurant
An intimate and inspiring outdoor wedding venue and event space facing the mountains
Fully re-thought conference and banquet facilities
An improved and beautifully landscaped new entry road and arrival experience
Refreshed Indoor Tennis Center
A new green event space 'drawing the outdoors in'

Topnotch Resort's dramatic renaissance was conceived and directed by owner MetWest Realty Advisors, with the assistance of hotel manager MetWest Terra Hospitality. MetWest Terra Hospitality specializes in boutique assets and is comprised of a highly accomplished team whose leaders have experience with major brands such as Four Seasons, Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, Wyndham, Sofitel and Radisson. The architect responsible for the major renovation is TruexCullins, with H. Keith Wagner Partnership as Landscape Architect.
