It is the only pharmacy college in Vermont, with 270 students -- 74 of whom will receive Doctor of Pharmacy degrees after completing the school’s four-year program. In addition to instruction, research is a key component on the Vermont campus, where two professors have been awarded nearly $2 million in grants from the National Institutes of Health.
· The students on the Vermont Campus are active in the community, volunteering their time to assist with organizations such as the Special Olympics, the Alzheimer’s Association, Toys for Tots, the Colchester Food Bank, Ronald McDonald House, Hope Lodge, and Hurricane Irene disaster relief.
