Local Restaurants Support Vermont Family Network

Restaurateurs Present $1,445.00 Check to Non-Profit Organization
Vermont Family Network was recently presented with a check for $1,445.00 by area restaurants that participated in the organization's Valentine’ s fundraiser in February.
Leunig’ s Bistro, The Windjammer, Sneakers Bistro & Café, Gringo Jack’ s, Cosmic Bakery & Café, Jeff’ s Restaurant, and Vermont Pie Company all took part in the effort to raise money for children with special needs in Vermont.
‘ We are grateful to all of the restaurants that supported Vermont Family Network in this fundraiser,’ said Jeff Morton, Director of Development & Marketing. ‘ Their generous gift will help us meet a variety of needs and will enable us to better serve children and families across the state.’

"This is our second year participating in the Valentine's Fundraiser and we are excited to see it grow to include other restaurants around the state who are also committed to supporting great causes in the community."
Vermont Family Network is a state-wide non-profit organization that promotes better health, education, and well-being for all children and families, with a focus on children and young adults with special needs.
