To provide additional support to Vermonters signing up for April 1 health coverage, Vermont Health Connect is extending the Customer Support Call Center hours this weekend and next. The Call Center will be open:
Saturday, March 8 – 8 am to 5 pm
Sunday, March 9 – 11 am to 5 pm
Monday, March 10 to Friday March 14 – 8 am to 8 pm
Saturday, March 15 – 8 am to 8 pm
The Customer Support Call Center is a place where Vermonters can ask questions about Vermont Health Connect or their applications or complete an application over the phone. To contact the call center Vermonters should call 855-899-9600.
For Vermonters who need a health plan for April 1, now is the time to sign up for coverage.In December, many Vermonters took advantage of the opportunity to extend their 2013 health plan through March 31.To avoid a potential lapse in coverage on April 1, Vermonters with extended plans should apply and confirm a health plan choice by Saturday, March 15.
Vermonters can apply on-line at Vermont Health Connect, with a Certified Navigator, or by calling the Customer Support Center at 855-899-9600.
There are over 100 opportunities for Vermonters to meet with Navigators in March. For a full list of events visit http://info.healthconnect.vermont.gov/events/month.
