Pomerleau Real Estate Q4 transactions

Vermont Business Magazine Pomerleau Real Estate has released their Q4 transactions In addition to the below deals, they have announced that Kendra Kenney, who manages the Pomerleau family real estate portfolio of over 1.5 million square feet of commercial space achieved an all-time low vacancy rate of 1% during the 2022 calendar year.

Pomerleau Real Estate is excited to announce that the G&L Store in Benson, Vt has sold. Owners Greg and Lisa Fountain sold the building and business to John and Samantha Lendway. Congratulations to the new owners. Kendra Kenney and Kim Wichert represented the Owners.

Following 19 years of award-winning restaurant success, Lara and Steve Atkins sold the Kitchen Table Bistro property and business assets. The historic building located at 1840 West Main Street, Richmond, VT was purchased by Kitchen Table Properties LLC. The restaurant operation and assets were purchased by Vermont Fine, LLC. Brad Worthen, VP Commercial and Business Brokerage, Pomerleau Real Estate, Burlington VT and Attorney Matt Daly, Daly and Daly PC, Burlington represented the Atkins throughout the intricate transaction.

The North Hero House Inn in North Hero VT was sold to Doug Nedde and Heidi Tappan, lifetime residents of Vermont whose families have spent summers in the Champlain Islands since the 1800’s. The sale was orchestrated by Kim Wichert of the Business Brokerage group at Pomerleau Real Estate, Burlington VT. The property will continue to be operated as an inn and restaurant and highlighted by the very popular Pier Bar.

Pomerleau Family LLC leased 2,655 sf at the former TD Bank building in Essex VT to Carp & Sing Inc, DBA Gaston Weed. Brad Worthen and Kendra Kenney of Pomerleau Real Estate assisted both parties with the transaction.

Kendra Kenney represented Grace Pomerleau in the sale of her Overlook Drive condo. The high end, end-unit was sold for a record price for the association and closed December 23rd, 2022. The new owner was represented by Vermont Real Estate Company.

Pomerleau Real Estate is happy to announce that the Bailey Building in Montpelier is fully leased. The remaining second floor space has been leased to JMB, LLC and will be used as studio space. Kendra Kenney represented the building owner and tenant.

1775 Shelburne LLC purchased a 22,000 SF office complex located on Joy Drive, South Burlington VT. Brad Worthen, Pomerleau Real Estate, represented the sellers and assisted both parties with the transaction.

Pomerleau Real Estate announces that Tradewinds located at 108-110 Church Street will be expanding to the second-floor space. Kendra Kenney represented the building owner and tenant.

IV&V Corporation leased 1,000 SF of office space at 65 Millet Street, Richmond VT to Kubricky Construction Corp. Brad Worthen, Pomerleau Real Estate represented the landlord and assisted both parties with the transaction.

Sopher Family LLC leased 1,500 SF of office located at 1233 Shelburne Road, S Burlington VT to GHP Advisors. Brad Worthen, Pomerleau Real Estate represented the landlord with the transaction.

Pomerleau Real Estate is excited to announce that Mac & Cheese will be opening in the St Albans Shopping Plaza. They have leased 1,400 SF. Kendra Kenney of Pomerleau Real Estate represented the building owners.
