Get Tours of our Newport Facility, See Electric Vehicles on Display
Vermont Business Magazine Vermont Electric Cooperative (VEC) in inviting members to swing by our new facility in Newport for tours, food, and to check out a range of electric vehicles on display at our “Open House/Open Hoods event Tuesday, September 27 between 3-6 pm.
The event will be held at 334 Citizens Road – halfway between Pine Hill Road and VT Route 191.
“Join staff and other VEC members for some fall fun – get a look inside our new facility, see some EVs and speak with their owners about their experiences with the technology,” said Jake Brown, energy services planner with VEC. “There’ll be food too - popcorn, pies, and apples while they last!”
VEC CEO Rebecca Towne will be on hand and will offer brief remarks at 3:30.
“Bring the kids and some friends and come on down!” Brown said.
