Vermont Business Magazine McSoley McCoy & Co has announced that they have merged with Montgomery & Granai PC, effective November 15, 2021.
The two CPA firms will operate under the McSoley McCoy & Co. name and location in South Burlington.
McSoley McCoy & Co. will add five employees from the merger and all positions remain intact.
In a statement, McSoley McCoy & Co said, "As we begin this new venture together, we look forward to serving our combined clients, with minimal interruption."
