Vermont Business Magazine Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty announced today a strategic partnership with Peerage Realty Partners Inc. Peerage Realty, based in North York, Ontario, has acquired a majority partnership interest in Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty, the leading premium real estate brokerage in Vermont and New Hampshire. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Led by Chief Executive Officer and Partner Alan DiStasio and President and Partner Laurie Mecier-Brochu, Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty has grown to over 218 agents, 36 employees in 16 offices across Vermont and New Hampshire. The firm's sales will exceed US$1.6 billion (C$2.16 billion) in residential real estate this year.
Tom Heney will continue as a partner and Executive Vice President of Operations. Staige Davis will serve as Executive Chairman and Buff McLaughry as Senior Advisor. Joining the existing equity partners will be Laurie Mecier-Brochu and Alex Girelli, Vice President of Finance. Founders Pam Perkins and Stephanie Wheeler will also continue with the firm providing continuity.
This is a foundational partnership for Peerage Realty, serving as a cornerstone for its ongoing North American expansion strategy in key recreational real estate markets. It also reinforces its existing relationships with the iconic Sotheby's International Realty brand and reflects the objective of forging more partnerships in the future.
