V/T Commercial releases list of several recent transactions

Vermont Business Magazine Tony Blake of V/T Commercial announced that the popular Essex restaurant known as Railroad & Main has signed a lease for a new free-standing building at Finney Crossing in Williston. The owners plan to open at their new location in the fall of 2022. Tony Blake assisted the owners and the developers in this lease.

Linda I. Letourneau and Yves Bradley of V/T Commercial leased 1,197 square feet of office space at the Maltex Building on 431 Pine Street, Burlington to Tarnelli & Hughes Family Law, PLLC. Bradley and Letourneau assisted both the tenant and the landlord, Maltex Partnership, in this lease.
Yves Bradley, V/T Commercial, announced the sale of 210-214 College Street, Burlington from Malone 210 College Street Properties, Inc. to Queen City Partners. Bradley was instrumental in brokering this deal for all involved parties.
84 Church Street, Burlington was recently sold to Grandview Farms. Yves Bradley of V/T Commercial handled this transaction on behalf of the seller and buyer.

Linda I. Letourneau and John Beal of V/T Commercial represented Hillside Properties in the lease of 4,247 square feet at 310 Hurricane Lane, Williston to InAccess, Inc. Kendra Kenney of Pomerleau Real Estate represented the tenant.
Fletcher CSI leased 4,150 square feet of office space at the Chace Mill in Burlington. John Beal of V/T Commercial represented the landlord, Catamount Holding Company, and Esther Lotz represented the tenant.
