V/T Commercial announces real estate transactions
Vermont Business Magazine V/T Commercial Real Estate Sales & Leasing, based in Burlington, has announced recent transactions.
Tony Blake and Yves Bradley of V/T Commercial brokered the sale of a 13, 800 square foot industrial building at 132 Randbury Road, Rutland to Randbury Associates.
John Beal of V/T Commercial announced the sale of a mixed use commercial building at 6163 Main Street, Waitsfield. Beal represented the seller, MR Woolery Properties, LLC. Sugarbush Real Estate represented the buyer, Mad Soak, LLC.
John Beal of V/T Commercial leased 3,000 square feet of warehouse space at 24 New England Drive, Essex to DDA Services, Inc. Beal assisted both the tenant and the landlord, Unsworth Properties, LLC.
H&R Block leased 2,333 square feet at the new Finney Crossing commercial property, Williston. Tony Blake of V/T Commercial assisted the landlord, Rieley Properties, LLC and Snyder FC Commercial Properties, LLC, as well as the tenant in this seven-year lease.
SDE, LLC (Small Dog Electronics) sold its building at 1673 Main Street, Waitsfield to Neck of the Woods, Inc., an operating child care facility. John Beal of V/T Commercial represented the seller, and New England Landmark Realty represented the buyer.
Tony Blake of V/T Commercial announced that IR Analyzers, Inc. leased 3,276 square feet of office space at 600 Blair Park, Williston from Triptik III Realty Partnership, LP. Blake represented the landlord, and Esther Lotz Broker represented the tenant.
VIP, Inc. acquired an 8,760 square foot retail industrial building at 140 Riverside Avenue, Burlington (formerly Allstar Collision Center) from JWJ Realty, Inc. John Beal of V/T Commercial assisted both buyer and seller in this transaction.
