Hanover, NH, November 3, 2004 Efficiency Vermont has certified The Upper Valley Haven as having met all of the requirements for an Energystar labeled building. The facility, located on Route 5 in White River Junction, VT, received 86.7 points out of a possible 100 points, earning the 5 Star designation.
