Vermont Business Magazine The Vermont Senate gave its initial approval today (16-13) to a bill that would end marijuana prohibition in the state and regulate the cultivation and sale of marijuana for adult use. It must approve the measure a second time in order to send it over to the House of Representatives. A second vote is expected sometime this week.
