About the New Champion Members
Twincraft Skincare, headquartered in Winooski, is a family-owned contract manufacturer with more than 50 years of experience producing personal care and beauty products for more than 140 national and international brands. Known for its people-first culture and commitment to innovation, Twincraft has long been a recognized leader in responsible manufacturing in Vermont. “At Twincraft Skincare we measure success by more than our margins and bottom line,” says Michele Asch, Chief People Officer. “Joining VBSR as a Champion Member is a natural step in our commitment to Vermont’s people, community, and future.”
Chartered in 1828, Vermont Mutual Insurance Group is one of the oldest mutual property and casualty insurers in the United States. As a mutual company, it is structured to serve its policyholders and communities rather than external shareholders – a governance model that inherently aligns long-term business success with community well-being. At the heart of Vermont Mutual’s identity is their commitment to its people. The company has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Vermont for eleven consecutive years; and their Charitable Giving Fund has distributed more than $6 million to nonprofit organizations.
