V/T Commercial announces second quarter 2025 commercial transactions

Vermont Business Magazine Burlington-based commercial real estate firm V/T Commercial has announced their second quarter 2025 transactions. These include:

Yves Bradley negotiated a lease on behalf of Retro Real at 12 Washington Street, Middlebury.

Tony Blake, as exclusive agent for 600 Blair Park, Williston, announced two new tenants in the property -- Talk of the Town leased 2,500 SF and Affiliated Associates & Healthy Dollars leased 2,272 SF.

Ben & Jerry's Homemade, Inc. signed a new lease for 34,878 SF at 35 Thompson Street, South Burlington (former Logic Supply offices). Linda Letourneau and John Beal represented the landlord, and Tony Blake and Yves Bradley represented the tenant.

Bar Renee, LLC leased 1,228 SF at 202 Main Street, Burlington from Delta Properties.  John Beal assisted both parties in this transaction.

Linda I. Letourneau, acting on behalf of Cheeseman Investments, announced the lease of 1,600 SF at 84 Pine Street, Burlington to Anderson, Lamb & Associates, PC.  Stephanie Higgins of Donahue & Associates represented the tenant.

Clover Cafe, LLC leased 1,629 SF at 510 Shelburne Road, South Burlington from B. Cairns Property, LLC.  John Beal represented the landlord and Mike Simoneau of Geri Reilly Real Estate represented the tenant.

Linda I. Letourneau assisted in the lease of 2,357 SF at 340 Dorset Street, South Burlington to SBVT Nutrition, LLC.

Tony Blake, representing Burlington Storefront, LLC, sold a commercial condominium unit at 230 College Street, Burlington to Brett Yates.

Sisters & Brothers Investment Group, LLP sold a former bank property at 431 Woodstock Road, Woodstock to 431 Woodstock Road Partners, LLC.  Linda I. Letourneau assisted both parties in this sale.

Yves Bradley and Linda I. Letourneau, representing the State of Vermont, brokered the sale of 9 Baldwin Street, Montpelier to VPIRG.  Heney Realtors Element Real Estate represented the buyer.

Ladybug Potter, LLC leased retail space at 207 College Street, Burlington from Sticks & Bricks, LLC.  John Beal represented the tenant in this lease.

Long Trail Physical Therapy leased 3,600 SF from Hauke Building Supply, Inc. at 1127 North Avenue, Burlington.  Yves Bradley represented Long Trail and Tim Burke of White & Burke Real Estate Advisors represented the landlord.

Vermont Hockey School leased 2,143 SF at 8B Dorset Street from the Greer Family, LLC.  Tony Blake and Yves Bradley assisted both parties in this transaction.

Marathon Health, LLC renewed its lease at the Innovation Center of Vermont, 128 Lakeside Avenue, Burlington.  Yves Bradley assisted the landlord, Fortieth Burlington, LLC and the tenant.

Cleantech leased 3,400 SF at 100 Bank Street, Burlington from 100 Bank, LLC.  John Beal represented the landlord and Yves Bradley represented the tenant.

Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. relocated to its new facility at the Champlain Mill, Winooski and leased 17,167 SF.  Tony Blake represented VHB and Steve Donahue of Donahue & Associates represented the landlord, MWG Champlain Mill, LLC.

Encore Holdings, LLC leased 10,833 SF at 208 Hurricane Lane, Williston from  Hillside East Corporation. Linda I. Letourneau and John Beal assisted the landlord.

Sussman Law, PLC leased office space of 1,626 SF at 600 Blair Park, Williston from Triptik III Realty Partnership, LP.  Tony Blake and Linda I. Letourneau assisted each party in this lease.

Tacovici Real Estate acquired a commercial property at 7355 Ethan Allen Parkway, Burlington from Wang KE Investments, LLC.  Linda I. Letourneau represented the buyer in the sale.

John Beal announced the lease of 9,435 SF at 354 Dorset Street, South Burlington to Dorset Street Operating, LLC for a period of 15 years.  Beal represented the landlord, Champlain Oil Company, Inc. and Matt Tedder of Kingsland Company represented the tenant.

Yves Bradley assisted in the lease of 1,800 SF at 38 Church Street, Burlington to Geoffrey Swarts.  Bradley worked with both the landlord, Furst Management Ventures, LLC and the tenant.

Yves Bradley, representing TFB Realty, LLC, leased 70,000 SF to ThyssenKrupp Supply Chain Services NA, Inc. at 372 VT Route 67, Shaftesbury.

Kimball Partners, LLC leased 3,200 SF to Karner Home Improvement, LLC.  John Bral represented the landlord.
