There will be other FUNdraising activities including a Mystery Gift Card Grab from awesome local businesses and a Wish Wall.

Join Girls on the Run Vermont for hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, and new this year – an anniversary dessert bar – all while listening to DJ Love Doctor spin the night away. Take a photo at the Magic Mirror, courtesy of Top Hat Entertainment, complete with custom photo frames and props. Every ticket also includes one complimentary drink. For complete information and to buy tickets, visit https://www.gotrvt.org/sneaker-soiree. This event benefits GOTRVT’s participants’ registration fees and financial assistance and will raise critical funds to support the program in the 2025 season so that all girls can participate regardless of financial barriers.

This benefit would not be possible without the generosity of our sponsors and in-kind partners: Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Vermont, M&T Bank, PCC Pediatric EHR Solutions, Casella Waste Systems, Inc., Sprucewood Dental Associates, Sheehey Furlong & Behm, Top Hat Entertainment, and DJ Love Doctor.

“We are proud to support GOTRVT and the incredible impact they have on girls’ lives here in Vermont. As a coach I saw the increased self-esteem and resilience this program builds in girls and as a mother I have seen the lasting effects on my daughters as they face the world as confident, strong young women,” Megan Peek, Director of Community Relations at Blue Cross of Vermont, the statewide sponsor of GOTRVT, said.

GOTRVT strives to make a lasting impact on the social, emotional, and physical wellbeing of young girls in 3rd-8th grade as they face societal pressures at a particularly vulnerable part of childhood. GOTRVT appreciates the support from the community to ensure the sustainability of its programs across the state. To learn more, visit https://www.gotrvt.org/ or email [email protected]

The organization looks forward to sharing its mission with the greater GOTRVT community on Saturday, Oct. 19 at Burlington Beer Co. as it continues to celebrate its 25th anniversary season in 2024.
