AOT Road Construction Report for the week of November 4

Vermont Business Magazine This weekly report is a list of planned construction activities that will affect traffic on state highways and interstates throughout Vermont for the week of November 4, 2024. Please remember to drive safely in all work zones. Lives depend on it.

Reminder: The Floating Bridge on VT Route 65 in Brookfield, over Sunset Lake, has closed to all traffic as of November 1, 2024, at noon. This closure will be present throughout the 2024-2025 winter season. This is a seasonal closure that occurs every year. District Maintenance crews will block access to this unique bridge. Motorists are expected to adjust their routes to access to either side of Sunset Lake for the winter season. Notice will be issued upon the reopening of the bridge in the Spring of 2025.

Note: When projects are completed, they are no longer listed in this report.
