To be eligible for the list, a company must be privately held, for profit and independent; have been founded and generating revenue as of March 31, 2020; have generated a minimum of $100,000 in revenue in 2020; and have generated a minimum of $2 million in revenue in 2023.

- IXIS, Burlington, software. Ranked No. 3,864, with 119% revenue growth.
- StaticWorx, Williston, construction. Ranked No. 4,008, with 113% revenue growth.
- Image Relay, Burlington, software. Ranked No. 4,079, with 110% revenue growth.
- Reconciled, Burlington, financial services. Ranked No. 4,968, with 73% revenue growth.
