As the culminating event in their 6-month leadership journey, the Early Childhood Leadership Institute (ECLI) Class of 2024 celebrated their achievements with Graduation at Burke Mountain Resort in East Burke in Mid April. Family members, friends, and colleagues joined the cohort for a celebratory graduation luncheon.

This year’s keynote address was delivered by Jubilee McGill, Legislator from Addison County. McGill reflected on the landscape of early childhood care in Vermont and the importance of this profession and leadership in the field. She thanked the cohort for their work and leadership.

ECLI Co-Directors Cheryl Mitchell and Su White then awarded the graduation plaques to the 22 members of the Early Childhood Leadership Institute Class of 2024.

The Class of 2024 is the 6th graduating ECLI class and now joins a professional network of over 1000 Vermont Leadership Network Alumni, including more than 150 ECLI graduates who are positively influencing Vermont’s future for children and families.
