The Vermont Leadership Institute Class of 2024 embarked on their leadership journey last week during a couple exciting days together during their Opening Retreat. Under beautiful blue sunny skies, the cohort began building the relationships that will be the foundation for their next nine months together. These local leaders will delve into topics such as personal leadership adaptation; complex systems thinking and innovation; and leadership paradigms that support diversity, equity, and inclusion for all Vermonters.
We are looking forward to seeing what the Snelling journey holds for this group of amazing leaders. The Vermont Leadership Institute (VLI) has been offering intensive programs for leaders in Vermont’s most active private, public and non-profit sectors since 1995. As the 29th cohort of the Vermont Leadership Institute, the Class of 2024 joins a professional network of over 1000 Vermont Leadership Network alumni, including more than 700 VLI graduates who are positively influencing Vermont’s future in business, public policy, education, community development and a wide range of volunteer and non-profit sector roles.
