Vermont Business Magazine NBT Bank has presented a check for $25,000 to the VT Flood Response and Recovery Fund 2023. The VT Flood Response and Recovery Fund 2023 was established to support Vermonters in responding to and recovering from the catastrophic rainfall across Vermont in 2023. The fund is managed by The Vermont Community Foundation.

“Vermonters look out for one another, especially in a crisis,” said Dan Smith, president and CEO of the Vermont Community Foundation. “This gift from NBT Bank will continue the work of rebuilding after the devastating events of this summer. We are tremendously grateful to the NBT Bank team for their leadership and support of their flood-affected neighbors.”

“NBT Bank is honored to help support our local community and neighbors as they continue to address the full scale of the impact from the catastrophic rainfall that devastated so many earlier this year,” said Regional President Dan Werme.
