V/T Commercial has announced its Commercial Real Estate Transactions for April & May. Linda I. Letourneau of V/T Commercial and on behalf of Mansfield Industrial Associates sold a 6.77 acre parcel at 1 Allen Martin Drive, Essex to Andrew Hood.

Bayada Health Care, Inc. leased a collective 5,476 square feet at 600 Blair Park, Williston from Triptik III Realty Partnership.  Tony Blake and John Beal of V/T Commercial assisted in this transaction.

Twin City Lanes and the property located at 708 US Route 302, Berlin was sold.  John Beal of V/T Commercial handled the sale on behalf of RL Properties & Twin City Lanes.

Herbmont, Inc. leased 4,000 square feet at 191 Bank Street, Burlington from Sisters and Brothers Investment Group, LLP.  Linda I. Letourneau of V/T Commercial assisted both the tenant and the landlord in this lease.

Redstone Property Management leased 5,467 square feet of space at 382 Hercules Drive, Colchester from Todd Realty, LLC.  Linda I. Letourneau of V/T Commercial assisted both parties on this lease.

Tony Blake of V/T Commercial announced that Fuss & O'Neill, Inc. leased 1,705 square feet at 300 Cornerstone Drive, Williston from Allen Brook Development, Inc.  Blake represented the tenant and Nicole Senecal of Omega Real Estate Associates, Inc. represented the landlord.

Yves Bradley and Linda I. Letourneau of V/T Commercial brokered the sale of Buggyman Antiques, 853 VT Route 15, Johnson to VT Green Castle.  Bradley and Letourneau assisted the buyer and the seller.

The former Econo Lodge at 101 Northfield Street, Montpelier was sold to 101 Northfield, LLC.  Yves Bradley of V/T Commercial negotiated this transaction on behalf of both parties.
