Berkshire Hills announces quarterly shareholder dividend, adds Polito to board

Vermont Business Magazine Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc (NYSE: BHLB), with branches in Southern Vermont, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per common share to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 16, 2023, payable on March 2, 2023.

Ms. Polito brings broad expertise in both the public and private sector including as Lieutenant Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and as Principal of Polito Development Corporation. Upon her election Ms. Polito was appointed to the Risk Management, Capital and Compliance and Corporate Responsibility and Culture committees of the Board.

Ms. Polito is an experienced businessperson, attorney and government leader who is currently Principal of Polito Development Corporation, a commercial real estate development firm.
