Over $1 million in NorthCountry gifts over the past decade
Vermont Business Magazine The fast-approaching start of a new year of early child care and afterschool programming for the Greater Burlington YMCA includes the continued, generous support of NorthCountry Federal Credit Union. For more than a decade, NorthCountry has been the Y’s Community Partner for Youth Development, providing over $1 million in support, including this year’s gift of $50,000.
“It is invaluable to have partners like NorthCountry who truly understand the challenges that have faced our youth these past few years and who stand by community partners like the Y to provide the supports needed,” Kyle Dodson, Y President and CEO, said. “Commitment and generosity have been hallmarks our long relationship with the members and leadership at NorthCountry.”
As the Y’s Community Partner for Youth Development, NorthCountry focuses its support on ensuring that children and families, regardless of financial means, have access to high-quality early child care, engaging afterschool programs, enriching summer camp experiences, and more.
