Representative-Elect Becca Balint calls for applicants to congressional office

Vermont Business Magazine Today, Representative-Elect Becca Balint, VT-AL, announced that she is accepting applications for positions in her Congressional office. Balint’s campaign manager, Natalie Silver, is leading the transition.

“I am thrilled to start building our Congressional team,” Balint said. “We are building a team of committed public servants who are excited to serve Vermonters with kindness, professionalism and the dedication they deserve.”

Silver said, “Senator Balint has a clear vision: to have an office where a diverse mix of talented people want to do their best work on behalf of all Vermonters. She knows that bringing the best versions of ourselves to the work is as important as technical skills and encourages applicants with non-traditional work and career paths to apply for any role where they believe they would excel.”

Interested applicants for the Vermont office and for the Washington office should submit a resume, cover letter and two references to [email protected]. Please direct all questions to [email protected].

The Transition Team will recruit, employ, compensate and promote regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, citizenship status, disability, age, veteran status, and other protected statuses as required by applicable law.

Balint will be sworn in to the 118th Congress on January 3rd. She will be the first woman, and first openly LGBTQ person to represent Vermont in the United States Congress.

All questions should be directed to [email protected].
