Gifford to kick off community 'Listening Tours' in Rochester

Vermont Business Magazine Through a series of “Listening Tours” Gifford is welcoming community members to a guided and inclusive, informal conversation regarding community health needs. The first of this series takes place Wednesday, May 18 from 6:30-8:00 p.m. at Pierce Hall on 38 S. Main Street in Rochester.

“We want to hear from the communities we care for about their vision for the future of health within their community,” Gifford President and CEO, Dan Bennett said. “I expect the information we gather will help us and other organizations in our area address community needs.”

Gifford will also discuss the results of its community health needs assessment (CHNA). The CHNA, which takes place every three years, provides Gifford areas for its strategic focus. The “Listening Tour” will make future stops in Bethel, Tunbridge and Randolph.

For questions or more information, please contact Gifford’s Community Relations Coordinator, Katja Evans at (802) 728-2377.
