Applicable to both plant and administrative settings, this valuable teaching method uses a case study approach to identify waste and plan for process improvements.
This highly interactive training integrates key fundamental learning points where participants will walk away understanding the power of Lean as they identify and reduce as well as eliminate the 8 key wastes in manufacturing in a “train and do” environment.
