Vermont Department of Public Service Opportunities for Comprehensive Energy Plan Feedback through Online Meetings and Public Hearings
Vermont Business Magazine In December 2021, the Department of Public Service (PSD) will host five public hearings around the state to provide opportunities for in-person comment on the draft 2022 Vermont Comprehensive Energy Plan. Due to the on-going pandemic, the Department will also host additional online public meetings to provide more options for public input on the draft plan.
Online Public Meetings (via Zoom)
- Tuesday, November 30, 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm
- Thursday, December 2, 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm
Registration is required to participate in the online meetings via Zoom.

The PSD will also accept written comments on the draft CEP until December 20, 2021. Comments may be submitted electronically, in the body of an email or via a pdf or a Word document provided as an attachment to an email. Submit electronic comments by email to [email protected] or mail them to:
