Vermont Business Magazine VT Commercial in Burlington is reporting the following, recent real estate transactions:

John Beal of V/T Commercial represented Capstone/Priority in its lease of 4,885 square feet at 84 Red Pine Circle, Essex, Vermont from Allen Brook Development, Inc.  Nicole Senecal of Omega Real Estate Associates represented the landlord.

Vermont Violins, Inc. leased 5,185 square feet at 5 Green Tree Drive, South Burlington, Vermont from KC Realty.  John Beal of V/T Commercial represented the tenant, and Rick Harrison of J.L. Davis Realty represented the landlord.

Tony Blake and Bill Kiendl of V/T Commercial assisted GE HealthCare in the sublease of 31,382 square feet of office space at 40 IDX Drive, South Burlington, Vermont to the University of Vermont Medical Center.  Tim Burke of White & Burke Real Estate Investment Advisors represented the hospital.

Bill Kiendl of V/T Commercial, exclusive representative for TD Bank in its sale of a former branch at 93 Main Street, Richford, Vermont, announced that the property has been acquired by Paul Benoit.

Chittenden Properties acquired a parcel of land at 3303 Shelburne Road, Shelburne, Vermont from Ondovchik Family Limited Partnership. The property will house a new VIP, Inc. tire sales and service center.  John Beal of V/T Commercial represented the buyer in this transaction.

Janitronics, Inc., leased office space at 159 Pearl Street, Essex, Vermont from Cheeseman Investments.  Linda I. Letourneau of V/T Commercial assisted both parties in this lease.

BETA Air, LLC. leased 26,892 square feet of office and warehouse space at 461 & 301 Avenue, D, Williston from Unsworth Properties, LLC.  John Beal of V/T Commercial brokered this lease on behalf of the landlord and the tenant.

Linda I. Letourneau and John Beal of V/T Commercial represented the landlord of 310 Hurricane Lane, Williston, Vermont, Hillside Properties, in the lease of 3,386 square feet of industrial/office space to System Integrators, Inc.  Kendra Kenney of Pomerleau Real Estate represented the tenant.

Glow Nutritionals, LLC leased retail space at 159 Pearl Street, Essex from Cheeseman Investments.  Linda Letourneau of V/T Commercial represented both the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.

Yves Bradley of V/T Commercial on behalf of Bradford Properties brokered the sale of properties located at 64 & 114 Main Street, Bradford, Vermont to True Owl Ventures, LLc.

Kilburn & Gates Industries, LLC announced that Yves Bradley of V/T Commercial brokered the lease of two spaces in its building at 11 Kilburn Street, Burlington.  The first lease was to Real Property Management, who was represented by Kendra Kenney of Pomerleau Real Estate.  The second lease was to Good Harbor Retirement Solutions.

Athens Diner, located at 46 Highpoint Center, Colchester, Vermont was recently acquired by the Dairhre Group, Inc.  Tony Blake, of V/T Commercial, assisted the seller and the buyer in the transaction of this long-established popular diner.

John Beal of V/T Commercial leased 1,280 square feet of office space at 54 West Twin Oaks Terrace, South Burlington, Vermont to Wayfinder Wellness.  Beal represented the tenant and Lakepoint Property Management represented the landlord, Oak Hill Partners, LLC.

The Chart House, LLC leased the entire building located at 371 Pearl Street, Burlington, Vermont from Sisters & Brothers Investment Group, LP.  Linda I. Letourneau assisted both parties in this lease transaction.

Underground Closet, LLC will be relocated from 40 Main Street, Burlington to 23 Church Street, Burlington, Vermont.  Linda I. Letourneu of V/T Commercial assisted the tenant and the landlord, Sisters & Brothers Investment Group, LP, and the tenant in this lease.

Tony Blake of V/T Commercial announced that Kolvoord, Overton & Wilson, PC leased 1,630 square feet at 600 Blair Park, Williston, Vermont from Triptik II Realty Partnership.  The law firm will be relocating its office to this location.  Blake represented the landlord and Rick Harrison of J.L. Davis Realty represented the tenant.
