Pomerleau announces recent commercial real estate transactions

Vermont Business Magazine Pomerleau Real Estate, based in Burlington, has announced that Matt Benedetto, owner of Unnecessary Inventions, has leased 2,500 SF at 34 Church Street in Burlington, Vt. Kendra Kenney represented the Tenant and J.L. Davis Realty represented the Landlord, Grandview Farms, LLC.

Pomerleau Real Estate has announced that Sara Nelson, owner of Elli Parr Jewelry, has leased retail space in the Shelburne Inn in downtown Shelburne, Vt. Kendra Kenney represented the Tenant and Redstone represented the building. Sara will be opening her doors in early 2021 so be sure to check out her new space!

Pomerleau Real Estate has announced that John Borch, owner of Real Property Management Sterling, has leased office space at 11 Kilburn Street in Burlington, Vt. Kendra Kenney represented the Tenant and Vt Commercial represented the Landlord, Kilburn & Gates Industries, LLC.

David Blittersdorf, ALLEarth Properties LLC purchased an 18,475 sf office and warehouse property at 24 Clapper Road, Milton from William Flynn, Santa's Workshop LLC. Brad Worthen, Pomerleau Real Estate represented Blittersdorf and Duncan Harris, Kingland Company represented the seller.
