Vermont Business Magazine Mack Molding, a leading custom plastics molder and supplier of contract manufacturing services based in Arlington, announced Tuesday that Greg Cebular has been named president of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Mack Prototype. Within this role Cebular will report directly to Mack Molding President Jeff Somple.

Perry, who is assisting with the transition, has been with Mack since the Company created Mack Prototype in 1999 by combining two acquisitions – Apple Pattern and Compression Engineering.

Greg Cebular

“Greg is a versatile leader with skills that span from operations and product development to sales and marketing,” Somple said. “As an expert in traditional manufacturing technologies such as injection molding and CNC machining, as well as modern additive manufacturing platforms, he is uniquely positioned to help customers see their parts through design to prototyping and ultimately production. I would be remiss if I did not also recognize Ric for his many years of dedicated service – the impact he has had on Mack and its customers is immeasurable.”

Cebular brings 18 years of advanced manufacturing and leadership experience to Mack Prototype. He most recently served as vice president of sales & project management for The Technology House and Sea Air Space Machining & Molding, where he also previously worked as director of sales and project management and held project manager, account manager and sales positions.

During his tenure, Cebular built a reputation for maximizing customer satisfaction by utilizing innovative products and services to realize cost savings and lead-time reductions. His advanced manufacturing experience includes 3D printing technologies such as Carbon DLS, HP Multi Jet Fusion, SLA, SLS, FDM, Polyjet and Metal 3D Printing. Greg, who has a bachelor of science degree from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, also attended the Weatherhead School of Management’s Leadership Deep Dive Program at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

“Ric has positioned Mack Prototype as the premiere source of a wide range of prototyping services designed to support customers’ product development cycle, and his guidance during this leadership transition has been extremely valuable,” Cebular noted. “I look forward to building on this success by introducing new technologies and services that will not only grow our business but also advance our customers’ goals.”
