Vermont Business Magazine The Department of Finance and Management announces the publication of two interactive State of Vermont Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF) Transparency Dashboards (see below). The dashboards detail how the State of Vermont allocated and expended the $1.25 billion in CRF funds in support of individuals, families, vulnerable populations, and businesses affected by the 2020 coronavirus pandemic.
“I am pleased to share information about how we have put this federal money to use in Vermont,” said Commissioner Adam Greshin.
CRF Expenditure Dashboard:
This dashboard contains pages that reflect the myriad ways CRF was expended, including pages detailing grants, contracts, direct payments, payments to individuals, and internal expenditures. Data is available for each type of expenditure by originating agency or department, by CRF program, and by county. This dashboard reflects data as of January 31, 2021 and will be updated quarterly.
CRF Appropriation Dashboard:
This dashboard details the appropriations made to authorize spending of CRF funds. Appropriations include initial emergency spending requested by the Governor and authorized by the Joint Fiscal Committee of the Legislature, and the funds appropriated in various legislative Acts passed by the General Assembly and signed into law by the Governor. This dashboard reflects data as of January 31, 2021 and will be updated quarterly.
Greshin concluded, “These dashboards offer a transparent view of the receipt and uses of an extraordinary amount of federal financial relief. I would like to thank the CRF Financial Team and the Agency of Digital Services for their work in creating these CRF Dashboards and for their work in compiling the related quarterly U.S. Treasury reporting.”
The two interactive State of Vermont Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF) Transparency Dashboards below graphically show how the $1.25 billion in CRF funds received by the State of Vermont were authorized and expended in support of individuals, families, vulnerable populations and businesses affected by the 2020 coronavirus pandemic. Both have interactive graphics to allow the user to display different views or to filter data to display specific elements.
Both Dashboards are updated quarterly. Questions should be addressed to the agency/departments responsible for the spending.
