Vermont Business Magazine The Vermont Wood Works Council is inviting the woodworking community to its Vermont Woodworker of the Year tour on October 17 at Birdseye Building & Architecture in Richmond. The award-winning Architecture studio at Birdseye offers the best of residential design and planning services for your project. Birdseye has the skill and equipment necessary to execute any landscape design including seawalls, stonework, roads, ponds, and tree planting.

But what the Council most recognized when choosing the award recipient for 2018 was their quality of woodworking projects. “Our team of craftsmen bring an unprecedented level of expertise and enthusiasm to each project. From detailed shop drawings to the finished product. Our work includes the fabrication of superior quality furniture, mantles, built-ins, stairs, doors, railings, cabinets and we ship our work worldwide.”

They have won numerous awards and have been recognized by AIA for excellence in design. Their work has been featured in New England Home, Architectural Digest, Wood Architecture Today, House Beautiful magazine, and others.

Birdseye’s work was invited to return to Venice, Italy by the European Cultural Centre (ECC) to take part in the “Personal Structures” Exhibition during the 2019 Venice Art Biennale located in the prestigious Palazzo Mora.
