Vermont Business Magazine The New Hampshire / Vermont region of the American Red Cross has now closed both of the shelters we opened in Newport and St. Albans for people who found themselves displaced by power outages and flooding.
- The Red Cross shelter located at the Newport Municipal Building in Newport, VT is now closed.
- The Red Cross shelter located at the Town Education Center in St. Albans, VT closed at 8pm on Saturday, November 2nd.
Volunteers and staff of the New Hampshire / Vermont region of the American Red Cross remain available to individuals and families displaced by power outages and flooding still in need of assistance by calling 1-800-464-6692 or visiting www.redcross.org/local/new-hampshire-vermont.html
