Vermont Business Magazine The DoubleTree by Hilton Burlington Vermont, a hotel owned and operated by AAM 15 Management LLC., has embarked on a transformational renovation of Vermont’s largest hotel and conference center.

The $16.5 million renovation includes upgrades to all 309 guest rooms, bathrooms, meeting spaces and public areas. This massive renovation will bring modern design elements along with tasteful Vermont touches to this iconic hotel in the Burlington market. From the exterior look of the property to the thoughtful layout of the 30,000-square-foot conference center, The DoubleTree by Hilton Burlington Vermont will offer travelers, meeting attendees and all guests a truly inviting and warm experience.

“The extensive project will not only modernize the hotel but also bring new enhancements for our valued meeting attendees, local Tavern goers, and overnight guests to enjoy. We couldn’t be more proud of the renovation plans and look forward to sharing the progress with our community” states Allisyn Richard, General Manager of the DoubleTree by Hilton Burlington.

This property has been a pillar of the community for over 5 decades.  Starting as a farm taking in weary travelers to becoming the largest hotel and conference center in the state, the hotel has touched the lives of many.  Wedding guests, conference attendees and business travelers have enjoyed the easy access, superior service and thoughtful layout and the enhancements in this major project will move the guest experience forward while not losing site of the hospitality provided through the years.
