Vermont Business Magazine GlowAesthetics has opened its new state-of-the-art medical spa and beauty boutique at the Shelburne Square Shopping Plaza in South Burlington on 41 IDX Drive. The medical spa opened for business on March 19, 2018 and will be open 6 days/week. Owners/Aestheticians Maria Gould and Christine Keelan said their vision was to create the ultimate one-stop beauty destination where their clients could escape and rejuvenate while experiencing transformative results.
Gould and Keelan said they carefully chose the location for their new medical spa and boutique. “We wanted a location that was easy to get to from anywhere in Chittenden County, had plenty of parking and was discrete for our clients,” Gould said. Gould said they considered locations in Downtown Burlington but ruled them out because of the lack of client parking and traffic concerns. “Our goal was to make our client visits as relaxing as possible, including getting to and from our Spa,” Gould said.
Shelburne Square Shopping Center is located next door to the GE Healthcare building on Shelburne Road and less than a mile south of the I89 Interchange.
Under the guidance of on-site physician and Medical Director Dr Ashley DiMeola, GlowAesthetics will be offering its clients advanced and minimally-invasive non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
Dr. DiMeola, who trained in Dallas, Texas, is recognized as one of the most talented injectors in New England, said she takes a conservative and incremental approach with her patients which allows them to have more control over their results.
GlowAesthetics will also be offering medical-grade skincare products not available to the public on a retail basis.
In addition to non-surgical cosmetic procedures, GlowAesthetics will be offering a wide range of aesthetic services including airbrush tanning, chemical peels, facials, lash extensions, lash lifts, eyebrow tinting, makeup, including wedding party makeup, hair removal, among many other treatments.
