New England Federal Credit Union will use the facility for its Operations Center. They expect to occupy the facility in January 2019. Burke represented the buyer, New England Federal Credit Union in the sale transaction. Yves Bradley and Brad Worthen of Pomerleau Real Estate represented the Seller, 88 Technology Park Way LLC.
