Fredette to lead Mack Molding HR, Prandini takes top IT job

Vermont Business MagazineMack Molding, a leading custom plastics molder and supplier of contract manufacturing services, announced today additions to its senior staff with the appointments of Jessica Fredette as director of human resources and Joe Prandini as director of information technology. Both Fredette and Prandini have responsibilities for the Northern Division, reporting directly to President Jeff Somple.

“Our newest leaders represent an exciting mix of new blood and veteran Mack experience,” said Somple. “Jessica brings extensive HR experience in managing employee relations, benefits administration, employee development and talent acquisition, while Joe – a 17-year veteran of the Company – offers a deep familiarity with the organization, coupled with expertise in business systems. She previously served as human resources director at Midway Oil Corporation & Donuts of Rutland, Vt., as well as an HR generalist and training specialist at Rutland Regional Medical Center. Fredette has a master’s degree in human resources management from Capella University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Castleton University. She is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHP) and a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
