New cafe to open on the Burlington Waterfront

Healthy Living Market is opening a new Cafe on Burlington’s Waterfront at the ECHO Leahy Center for Lake Champlain, to add to its locations in South Burlington, VT and Saratoga Springs, NY.

Just in time for spring - from April 18, all waterfront visitors will be able to purchase coffee, grab-and-go lunch items made by Healthy Living, and a wide selection of healthy snacks and drinks.

Phelan Fretz, ECHO’s Executive Director, said that as a year-round anchor for the waterfront, ECHO was excited to bring this healthy option to all their visitors.

"The ECHO Center is a beloved, iconic Burlington destination for kids and families,” said Eli Lesser-Goldsmith, owner and CEO of Healthy Living Market. “Healthy Living is proud of the new partnership and looks forward to offering healthy food options to the Burlington Waterfront. We will have something for everyone: kids, adults, and people strolling the Burlington Bike Path looking for excellent quality food and beverages. We couldn't be happier about this partnership and look forward to having a presence on beautiful Lake Champlain."

Hours of operation are 10am-4pm 7 days per week. The Cafe is open to the public.
