Vermont Business Magazine Attorney Tom Csatari has announced that the Upper Valley office of Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC have moved to the Gateway I building at 67 Etna Road in Lebanon. The firm began welcoming clients at the new location last Monday. The relocation comes nearly 10 years after attorneys at the former Daschbach, Csatari & Young, PLLC agreed to form a combined practice with DRM in the Upper Valley.
“As we had hoped the combination of the two firms proved very successful,” said Csatari, a principal in the DCY firm and now a director at DRM. “We have organically outgrown our space on the Green in Lebanon and look forward to moving to a new and modern location at the heart of the Upper Valley between Hanover and Lebanon. We are well suited for the next chapter in the firm’s development here.” Phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same. The new mailing address will be included in all future correspondence.
Over the past year the firm added six attorneys, including two firm directors, to the team who are admitted to practice in New Hampshire. That brings to 19 the number of DRM attorneys who are available to work with clients in the Upper Valley office.
From offices located in Vermont and New Hampshire, more than 55 DRM attorneys represent regional, national and international entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, technology businesses and Fortune 100 companies. The legal services provided by the firm include bankruptcy and business restructuring, general business, captive insurance, energy and telecommunications, health law, intellectual property, labor and employment, litigation, real estate and land use, environmental and tax law, trust and estate planning, plus legislative and regulatory services through the firm’s Government and Public Affairs group. DRM is the exclusive member firm in Vermont for Lex Mundi – the world’s leading network of independent law firms with in-depth experience in more than 100 countries worldwide.
