Vermont Business Magazine Tim Burke of White + Burke Real Estate Investment Advisors, Inc of Burlington, is pleased to announce the recent purchase of a 2.88 acre commercial lot at the corner of Shelburne Falls Road and Route 116 in Hinesburg, VT by The University of Vermont Medical Center.
Burke represented the Buyer in the purchase/acquisition negotiations. Lot 2 was purchased from Haystack Crossing LLC. The Medical Center already owns the Primary Care family medical facility on Lot 1 abutting this new property.
