Vermont Biz- Synchronicity Web Designs, a boutique marketing and development
firm, has officially opened the doors of its satellite office in the town of
Jericho, Vermont, located 20 minutes east of Burlington. Founded in
Chittenden County in 1999, Sync moved operations to Charlotte, NC, in the
mid-aughts to grow and expand its business footprint. Today,
Synchronicity’s team is based in Charlotte with two additional satellite
offices, including the newest in Vermont.
Randy Smith is the co-founder and lead vocalist of the internationallyacclaimed band, 8084.
Says Founder and Creative Director Randy Smith, “Vermont was such a natural
choice for our next office. It’s close to family for my wife and myself, of
course, but the state also has a really rich history in manufacturing which
is an industry that has become integral to our business.” Synchronicity
specializes in data-driven design and digital marketing for small- to
medium-sized businesses, particularly B2B and manufacturing clients.
Smith’s name may sound familiar to longtime Vermonters. A favorite-son of
New England, Smith is the co-founder and lead vocalist of the internationally
acclaimed band, 8084. After touring extensively in the U.S. and Europe
throughout the 1980s, 8084 still performs select shows in greater New
England. Their recently-released track, “When Angels Slip Away,” is
dedicated to the memory of friend and local radio personality Jennifer Foxx,
who died of cancer in late 2016.
“It’s really a special thing coming back here after all these years,”
explains Smith. “The Green Mountains still feel like home, and we’ve
found that businesses here are really receptive to Sync’s approach to
digital marketing and design.” In addition to comprehensive design, SEO,
and marketing services, Synchronicity also offers several package-based
alternatives. These lower-cost options are a perfect fit for businesses new
to online marketing or for those that have been previously constrained by
cost.
“Synchronicity has grown and changed a lot over the last 18 years, and so
has Vermont,” explains Smith. “But in a lot of ways, it’s still the
same, and that’s what we love about it here.”
Synchronicity Web Designs is a web design firm based out of Charlotte, North
Carolina, specializing in branding, development, and online initiatives. Much
of the firm’s work focuses on driving lead generation for service and
manufacturing brands across the country.
8084 is a Billboard-recognized and international award-winning band based in
Vermont. The band has performed over 4,000 live shows and recorded in excess
of five complete albums.
