Vermont Business Magazine Fernando Cresta from Nedde Real Estate and Duncan Harris from The Kingsland Company have brokered a lease with ASIC North for 10,829 SF at 291 Hurricane Lane, Williston with Harris representing ASIC North. ASIC North will be moving from their previous location at 310 Hurricane Lane, Williston to expand operations. ASIC North provides comprehensive VLSI design services to the semiconductor industry. The property at 291 Hurricane Lane is co-owned by Doug Nedde and Fernando Cresta.
