Vermont Business Magazine Floydian Slip," a weekly Pink Floyd show produced by Craig Bailey of Shelburne, Vt, will begin airing on WKPW 90.7 FM in Knightstown, Ind, starting Sunday, Oct 2. The station will carry the show Sundays at 8pm ET. "Classic Hits 90.7" is a 4,400-watt non-commercial station serving the area east of Indianapolis. The station is operated by students of the New Castle Career Center at Knightstown High School. "Floydian Slip" is currently heard on 75 stations in the US, Canada and overseas.
Bailey started building the Random Precision Radio Network in summer 2009 when he began syndicating the show from his home studio under the moniker Random Precision Media LLC. He aired his first episode of "Floydian Slip" 20 years earlier on Ithaca College's 106-VIC in Ithaca, NY, when he was a student majoring in broadcasting. He also produced it for Burlington, Vt's short-lived WEXP 105.1 FM (Experience 105.1) in 1994, and for 13 years at WCPV 101.3 FM, Burlington.
In its 25 years, the show has earned mentions in, or served as a resource for, media around the world such as Billboard, VH1, The Dallas Morning News, MacFormat, Yahoo!
