Doug Nedde of Nedde Real Estate, partnering with Tracy Cresta, has purchased the former 62,000 SF Reinhart Food Service building located at 784 Hercules Drive, Colchester, VT. Reinhart Food Service has vacated the building for a move to their new Essex facility and a lease has been signed on the office portion of the building with Planned Parenthood of Northern New England. 47,000 SF of warehouse space is available to lease.
