Vermont Business Magazine Doug Nedde of Nedde Real Estate, 
partnering with Fernando Cresta, has purchased the 66,060 SF Hampton Direct building located at 291 Hurricane Lane, Williston. The building is temporarily home to Hampton Direct and State of Vermont offices, both of whom will soon be vacating the building leaving flexible lease sizes available.
